20 million CD4+ T-cells are prepared from PBMCs isolated from fresh whole blood. We use Miltenyi Biotec's methods, reagents and separators insuring highly pure, intact and functional CD4+ T-cells. Samples are delivered cryopreserved in 10% DMSO or unfrozen in desired medium. CD4+ T-cells are for non-clinical research use only.
