Purified mitochondria are isolated from 10 million human cells (cell lines, freshly isolated blood cells e.g., PBMCs). We use Miltenyi Biotec's methods, reagents and separators insuring highly pure, intact and functional mitochondria. Samples are delivered cryopreserved in 10% DMSO or unfrozen in desired medium. Purified mitochondria are for non-clinical research use only.
