Purified primary sympathetic neurons from superior cervical ganglia (SCG) of newborn (PO-P1) rat pups are isolated by microsurgery and processed to single cell suspension in complete medium. Samples are delivered in desired medium on ice. Purified cells are for non-clinical research use only.
