The process begins with a meeting in-person or via conference call. We Will:

• Introduce ourselves and our Company.
• Learn about you, your organization and your needs*.

*At request, a Confidentiality-Master Service Agreement can be activated prior to the meeting.

Once we’ve gathered sufficient information about your needs we will:

• Put together a proposal of the strategy discussed, timeline structure and pricing.
• Deliver our proposal and set a time to discuss comments & suggestions to the proposal.

Upon approval of proposal we will:

• Quickly initiate and execute on the proposal. Regular updates provided through completion.

At completion we will:

• Provide a written report containing all necessary documentation (e.g., test article receipt, source, lot number, and expiration date).
